Protection Against Anionic Stains Carpets made with EverSet Fibers by Mohawk resist all anionic
(acid type) stains. This includes such stains as coffee, fruit punch, wine, tea, soda, food spills, etc.
Protection Against Neutral Stains Carpets made with EverSet Fibers by Mohawk will resist all Neutral
Type Stains. Neutral type stains include products such as mustard, Betadine, ketchup, Chloroseptic spray, etc.
Protection Against Color Transfer (wet/dry) Carpets made with EverSet Fibers by Mohawk will resist
color transfer from wear or abrasion.
Protection Against Water Bleed Carpets made with EverSet Fibers by Mohawk will resist color change
or bleeding.
Protection Against Alkaline Damage Carpets made with EverSet Fibers by Mohawk will resist color bleed
and color loss when exposed to alkaline (high PH) solutions. Many commercial cleaning solutions range in
alkalinity between a PH of 10 to 12. EverSet ensures against color loss when these solutions inadvertently
come in contact with carpet.
“Water” Stain Removal Warranty The Mohawk Group warrants that spills from substances and categories
outlined in the previous sections of this warranty can be removed with cold water.
Note:Non-water based stains such as oils, salad dressings, and other oil based compounds, if allowed to
dry will require the use of an approved mild detergent to emulsify (place in liquid form) the oils to prevent
leaving an oily residue that may be colorless, but which may create soiling and re-staining.
